The evidence of corruption was already overwhelming: the ruling party rigged and betrayed the judicial election by producing cheat sheet ballots to pervert the June 1 vote. Then, an analysis by a group of board members of the National Electoral Institute (INE), notably Arturo Castillo and Martín Faz, found 37 different models of cheat sheet ballots produced essentially in the same format, with only certain names varying; the coincidence between the names appearing on the cheatsheets and the winning candidates exceeded 80%; in the Supreme Court, there were 91% coincidences, something with almost zero statistical probability.

Someone must have designed and executed it, with great success. It is a monumental fraud, a matter of corruption that no one with a minimum of decency and respect for good practices of citizen participation could fail to see. Six INE board members, however, looked the other way and validated the elections of Supreme Court justices, members of the Judicial Disciplinary Tribunal, and magistrates of the Electoral Tribunal.

Let the record show the names of the six pro-cheat sheet board members: Guadalupe Taddei, Rita Bell, Norma de la Cruz, Uuc-kib Espadas, Carla Humphrey, and Jorge Montaño. If they are consistent, the six will validate the elections of magistrates and judges today. What the hell are we facing?
